Today was just one of those days where you basically do nothing. We slept in. J got up and left for work. C and H woke up later than normal after the long week we had, I got to have coffee in the quiet.

The kids and I went on a bike ride to a local park and got ice pops. We’ve spent most of the day laying around talking about our week and what our plans are for the coming week.

We’ll be ending our day with a garden salad we chopped together and some fresh stuffed artichokes (H is picky, he’ll probably have a pb&j or spicy ramen).

Looking forward to our final weeks of “summer” and awaiting local summer in Jersey. It’s our favorite time of year.
